I BOUGHT SOMEONE SPECIAL A GIFT. CAN I SHIP IT DIRECTLY TO THEM?
Yes of course. Simply enter their delivery address at the checkout. The billing address will be the person's who is paying, but the delivery address is the one where it needs to be delivered.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
Every order comes gift packaged in branded tissue paper and is the inside a Shelley Taylor gift bag.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Local South African shipping takes between 5 to 8 days. International shipping can take 2 to 5 weeks.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes but hopefully you won’t need to. If the item has been unworn and is in its original condition. Pieces need to be returned (at your own cost) in the original packaging. Returns need to be sent to:

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
All Shelley Taylor jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials. Our ear wires are sterling silver with 14kt gold plating, unless otherwise specified. Most other components are brass-based (nickel-free and hypoallergenic) and plated with 14kt gold. We also use natural semi-precious stones and crystals.

To help prolong the life of your jewellery:

• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping
• Allow perfumes, lotions and hair products to dry before wearing
• Wipe jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wearing
• Avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals
• Store each piece separately in a closed box or bag in a cool, dry place

Our jewellery is e-coated to help reduce tarnishing, but as with all plated jewellery, the finish will naturally wear over time with regular use.
