Yes of course. Simply enter their delivery address at the checkout. The billing address will be the person's who is paying, but the delivery address is the one where it needs to be delivered.

Every order comes gift packaged in branded tissue paper and is inside a Shelley Taylor gift bag.

Local South African shipping takes between 5 to 8 days. International shipping can take 2 to 5 weeks.

Yes but hopefully you won’t need to. If the item has been unworn and is in its original condition. Pieces need to be returned (at your own cost) in the original packaging. Returns need to be sent to:

All of Shelley Taylor’s jewellery is made using the highest quality materials. All our ear-wires are sterling silver – gold plated, unless otherwise stipulated. All other metals are brass based and gold plated. All semi-precious stones and crystals are natural.

We recommend the following precautions to ensure your piece of Jewellery lasts longer:
- Store each piece separately in its provided pouch
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Avoid spraying perfumes, hair products or any other harsh chemicals directly on your piece of jewellery
- Do not allow contact with water or chemicals
- Remove your jewellery before sleeping

Due to the natural and delicate nature of our jewellery, wear may occur over time. You can easily clean your jewellery with a soft jewellery polishing cloth at home.
